As you probably can see, a lot has changed at Club VAIO. If you have problems logging in or you don't know exactly what to do, please read the following instructions.

Registering yourself at Club VAIO will give you access to personalised customer support and get you involved in a world filled with Fun and Entertainment where exploration and innovation are key.You can also become part of the ever growing V-Generation, sharing your experiences at the online Forum and getting ever closer to the essence of VAIO.

You can login to the Club VAIO community by entering your nickname and password in the login box on this page which you can reach by clicking on the login link in the top navigation. There is also a login box available on the homepage.If you login, the system will check if the password you entered matches the password in the database for the nickname you entered.

If you have problems logging in, please check the following things:

• Ensure you already have a nickname registered.
• Ensure you enter the right nickname and password. If nickname or password is wrong, it's impossible to login.
• If you have numbers in your nickname or password, do not forget to turn "Num Lock" on.
• Ensure that "Caps Lock" is not enabled. Both nickname and password are case sensitive. So "Club VAIO" is not the same as "club VAIO".

If you are not sure, or you simply forgot your nickname and/or password, you can use our "nickname and password retriever". You find the link to this page in the login box.
There are three ways to retrieve your nickname and password:

• You still remember your nickname, but forgot your password: you can use this option. Simply enter your nickname and click on the button below it. If your nickname is found in the system, you will receive an email with the password change instructions.
• You are not sure of your nickname, but you do remember your e-mail address. Simply enter your e-mail address and click on the button below it. If your e-mail address is found in our database, you will receive a mail with your nickname and the instructions on how to change your password.
• You only know your serial number. Simply enter your complete serial number and click on the button below it. If your serial number is found in our database, you will receive an e-mail with your nickname and the instructions on how to change your password. Important note: we only have the serial numbers in our database of the users who registered after 13/05/2004. If you registered before this date, please follow all the steps described in the registration help so that we have your serial number and you can retrieve your nickname and password.
